This rural property, located between the towns of Sarnano, Gualdo and San Ginesio has an outbuilding, land and a vineyard. The views open to the south towards the Sibillini Mountains and to the north over the valley of Fiastrella and the historic centre of San Ginesio.

Until recently the house was inhabited by the owners who had always cultivated the land and planted the vines. The property is in good condition and extends over three floors. The accommodation is on the first floor, whilst the ground floor is used for storage and as a garage. The attic is high enough to be habitable. The structure retains the characteristics of a typical Marchigianan building of the early 1900s, with the external staircase now enclosed.

The outbuilding is on two floors and could be used as accommodation or for recreational purposes.

Both buildings are connected to electricity, water and telephone and are located in the most accessible and scenic part of the property
