The Fienarette estate is located in the valley of the river Tenna with wonderful views of the Sibillini Mountains and the towns of Penna San Giovanni and Monte San Martino.The property is situated on a hillside sloping to the south of Penna San Giovanni and includes 2.5 hectares of agricultural land with fruit trees and oaks.

It is a typical rural Marchigianan building restored to "shell stage" using recovered materials and conforming to the seismic regulations. Provision has been made for insulation and waterproofing of the roof. The exterior of the building consists of recovered sandstone.
